Removal Standard When your computer is running very slow or not responding it might be caused by Viruses or Spyware. We offer a complete cleaning of you system. This includes a free programs (AVG Free) to help you fight the return of malware, virus and spyware. We include instructions so you can keep them up to date and regularly clean your system. (Because the first time removal of malware can take many hours (5 to 20) we will come and pick up your computer and return it when it is clean.) |

This program automatically updates and scans your system and includes real-time protection preventing viruses and spyware from getting on your system. The yearly renewal cost is usually $19.95. (Because the first time removal of malware can take many hours (5 to 20) we will come and pick up your computer and return it when it is clean.) |

System reload
Standard Sometime systems get bogged down because of all the programs that have been loaded and unloaded. Sometimes Spyware and viruses get ingrained into the system files. The best way to get rid of all of that is to wipe (delete all the data) on the hard drive and reinstall the system from scratch. |
System reload Gold The same as Standard Plus we recover the data from your hard drive (My Documents, My music, and My Pictures) and save it back to your hard drive to a new folder called Data Backup after the system restore is complete. |
